All items are checked before dispatch but if I have made a mistake on your order please contact me straight away, providing photos so I can look into this and hopefully resolve the issue for you as swiftly as possible.

As a handmade business, I do not offer refunds or exchanges due to a 'change of mind.' The majority of my items are made to order which means my time, creativity and materials have already been invested in the production of your requested items. I cannot just add items back to stock to re-sell because I do not operate on a 'ready to ship' stock basis and most orders contain items personalised with names, dates, letters. images or colours.

If your item has been damaged in the post please contact me straight away. I will require photos of the item and the packaging with labels to raise a claim with the postal service, so please keep these!

I permanently print my design onto the glazed surface of the mug using a heat transfer process called sublimation.

To extend the life and look of the mug please avoid contact with sharp and abrasive items that may scratch the glossy finish and obviously avoid dropping!

The manufacturer of the blank base mugs state they are both Dishwasher and Microwave Safe.

I would recommend allowing space around the mug so they do not get knocked by other items while in the dishwasher.

Dispatch:

I endeavour to make and dispatch orders as quickly as possible however I will never compromise on the quality of the item I am making for you by rushing the process. Realistically I would recommend allowing 2 to 5 business days for dispatch. During busier periods this may increase slightly. 

Delivery:

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your address and the parcel weight/size.

As standard all items are sent out with a tracked 48hr service to ensure they reach you safely.

I usually use Royal Mail or a similar provider.
