Pressed and permanently printed to order from my small studio. Avoid spilling liquids on the mat.

I try and represent items as closely as possible in my product images but please bear in mind colours vary across screens and during the printing process. 

Dispatch:

I endeavour to make and dispatch orders as quickly as possible however I will never compromise on the quality of the item I am making for you by rushing the process. Realistically I would recommend allowing 2 to 5 business days for dispatch. During busier periods this may increase slightly. 

Delivery:

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your address and the parcel weight/size.

As standard all items are sent out with a tracked 48hr service to ensure they reach you safely.

I usually use Royal Mail or a similar provider.

Return Policy

All items are checked before dispatch but if I have made a mistake on your order please contact me straight away, providing photos so I can look into this and hopefully resolve the issue for you as swiftly as possible.

As a handmade business, I do not offer refunds or exchanges due to a 'change of mind.' The majority of my items are made to order which means my time, creativity and materials have already been invested in the production of your requested items. I cannot just add items back to stock to re-sell because I do not operate on a 'ready to ship' stock basis and most orders contain items personalised with names, dates, letters. images or colours.

If your item has been damaged in the post please contact me straight away. I will require photos of the item and the packaging with labels to raise a claim with the postal service, so please keep these!
